What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for return.
What items are returnable?
Most items including apparel, mugs, totes, stickers, and hats are returnable within 30 days. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@rootednloved.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a full refund right away. We want you to receive your gifts in perfect condition!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
